guidelines for distributers and retailers:
The Bougicord name and logo is one of the world's most recognisable
trade marks for powertrain management systems & components, is
owned by Electricfil Automotive. Electricfil Automotive and the
Electricfil Group have developed a substantial reputation and good-will
in the Bougicord logo and our other trade marks around the world and in
Australia and New Zealand.
In order to protect our name and trade marks, Electricfil only permits
authorised Bougicord Agents and Distributors and other organisations
closely associated with it to use its name and trade marks. This
ensures that when customers see the Bougicord name or the logo, they
know they are dealing with Bougicord or an organisation closely linked
with the Electricfil Automotive Group.
Any reproduction of the Electricfil or Bougicord trade marks and name
requires the written permission of Electricfil Automotive or in
Australia and New Zealand, Electricfil Australia Pty Ltd.
Electricfil Australia is happy to consider requests concerning the use
of the Bougicord trade marks with respect to distribution of its
products in Australia and New Zealand. To consider your request, an
official request form must be submitted to Electricfil Australia Pty
Ltd and written consent, and approval must be obtained from Electricfil
Australia Pty Ltd before use.
Please note that Bougicord, Electricfil Automotive, and Electricfil
Australia take the unauthorised use of the Bougicord, Electricfil
&
its other trade marks very seriously, and will proceed to enforce their
rights against any unauthorised user.
